The children are starting to get so excited that Christmas is coming! We have a super fun week ahead, starting with a gingerbread theme. the children started out the day with cutting out stockings to hang on our fireplace, and then we headed down to the church to practice for the upcoming program!!!! yikes, it is next week!
Then we read Christmas in the Barn, and talked about who was at Jesus' birth. We also had fun playing with the gingerbread playdoh and making our own gingerbread people out of it! (luckily no one has eaten it yet!)
We also had lots of fun pretending in the kitchen, baking cookies!
