fun with music*Monday/Wednesday/Friday

This week was music week.  We got out the instruments and had a blast exploring with them. 
We became a marching band in the hallway and made beautiful music!

We made "tamborines"

and "shakers" during project time this week.

They sure had fun with the instruments!

We also had a lot of fun in our "grocery store" this week.  We turned the dramatic play into a grocery store using the food that we collect for the food drive to stock the shelves. 

The kids have fun being the "Price Checker" person, and the shoppers. 

We also have talked about where the food will go after we are done with the food drive.  We told the kids that they can bring in canned or boxed food that someone that doesn't have food would like to have.  It is such a hit!  Thank you for helping us with this food drive to not only help people in need, but as a learning experience for the kids!
